1. What Chipo is
Chipo is this website, the pocket at /pocket, and firmware for Muse gadgets. Today the pocket keeps a weekly fun budget, logs purchases, shows a mood, ranks gift cards from a Bitrefill catalog snapshot, and quotes and sends payments from ETH on Robinhood Chain to USDC on Base through Relay. Gift cards are listed as a catalog: to buy one, you pay the invoice address a gift card checkout gives you.
2. No token
Chipo issues no token today. Any token that claims to be Chipo is not Chipo.
3. Not financial advice
Budgets, moods, deal rankings and advice lines are arithmetic on records you enter and a public catalog. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
4. Risk
- Relay is a third party. Its quotes, routes and settlement are outside this site's control.
- Chain risk: Robinhood Chain and Base can stall, reorganise or change.
- Smart contract risk: contracts on the payment route can fail or be exploited.
- The site cannot issue refunds. A settled payment cannot be reversed by this site.
- Amounts are capped per transaction.
5. Eligibility
Use Chipo only where using it, holding crypto and sending payments is legal for you, and only if you are an adult where you live.
6. No custody
Keys stay in your wallet. The site never holds funds. The Chipo token is a read and write credential for your own records only; it cannot move money.
7. Intellectual property
The Chipo art, name and code belong to the project. Bitrefill, Relay, Robinhood Chain, Base and Muse are the marks of their owners.
8. Changes and contact
These terms can change; the date above shows the last update. Contact goes through the official channels named on this site.
9. Ledger
Budgets, purchases and moods are records you create; payments settle on chain through Relay and are not reversible by this site.
